Our journey began when our founder, Mark Davies, who while starting and running Australia’s largest Property Concierge was frustrated by inconsistent pool servicing, unreliable staffing, and unclear communication from a fragmented market place of unprofessional pool service providers, set out to build something better. With 15 years of experience as a business owner himself, Mark understood the challenges pool business owners faced and envisioned a company that would deliver consistent, professional, and expert care.
