Pool servicing starts from $120 plus chemicals. Each visit includes a full pool clean, water testing with digital readers, equipment checks, emptying baskets, and cleaning problem areas where needed.
Yes. We can handle many common repairs like o-rings, leaks, and small equipment issues. Larger mechanical problems will depend on the condition of the equipment and sometimes replacement is the better option.
Yes. All equipment installed by us comes with warranty coverage. Warranty length depends on the product installed.
This depends on your pool size, location, surrounding trees, and how often the pool is used. We usually recommend weekly or fortnightly servicing to keep the pool clean, healthy, and running properly all year round.
Chemical costs depend on what your pool needs and how much is used. We use high quality chemicals that last longer, work better, and help keep your pool safe and balanced.
Yes. We provide a detailed service report after each visit, including what was checked, chemicals added, and before and after photos. We also aim to send the same technician on the same day each week for consistency and reliability.
Yes. We aim to send the same pool technician each visit so they get to know your pool properly. If your technician is away, our detailed service notes and area managers help make sure your pool is looked after properly.
Yes. Many of our clients are not home during service visits. We have secure systems for gates, access points, and instructions. Our technicians are highly trusted and service many of Sydney's premium homes and pools.
