When someone looks after your pool every week or fortnight, experience matters. But so does familiarity. At The Pool Service Co., we believe one of the best ways to look after a pool properly is simple. Wherever possible, you get the same Pool Tech each visit.
That means your Pool Tech gets to know your pool. They know how your pump normally sounds, how your filter performs, how quickly your water chemistry changes and how your pool responds after heavy rain, hot weather or a week of heavy use.
Over time, they learn what is normal for your pool. That makes it easier to spot when something isn’t.
Experience you can rely on
The Pool Service Co. has a team of around 30 Pool Techs and support staff, with decades of experience across the business.
Martin has worked in the pool industry for 48 years. Glen, one of our Area Managers, has 16 years of experience. Daniel, also an Area Manager, has 12 years. Ben brings 23 years of industry experience, while Greg, one of our Senior Pool Technicians, has 15 years behind him.
George, our Sales Manager, has also spent more than a decade in the pool industry, while many other members of our Pool Tech team have five, six, ten or more years of hands-on experience.
That experience matters because no two pools behave exactly the same way.
Local knowledge matters too
Our Pool Techs work in the same areas week after week.
From Seaforth and Manly on the Northern Beaches to Palm Beach further north, our team understands the pools, properties and conditions found across these areas.
On the North Shore, our Pool Techs regularly service pools around Willoughby and Northbridge. Across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, our team works in areas including Randwick, Rose Bay and Potts Point.
Your Pool Tech isn’t driving into an unfamiliar suburb to complete a random job. They have regular runs, regular customers and pools they get to know over time. That creates accountability.
Your Pool Tech gets to know your pool
A regular Pool Tech builds up knowledge that can’t always be captured on a service sheet.
They know when your filter was last cleaned. They know the age and condition of your pump. They know whether your chlorinator has been playing up. They know which trees drop leaves into your pool at certain times of year. They know how your pool usually responds when Sydney gets three days of heavy rain.
They also get to know you.
You know who is coming onto your property. You have someone you can ask questions. Your Pool Tech can explain what they have found and tell you when something needs attention.
For many customers, that relationship continues for years.
And when you call, someone answers
The Pool Tech in your backyard is backed by a dedicated support team.
We have three people focused on supporting our customers and Pool Techs, with operations covering the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Northern Beaches.
If you need help, want to change a service, have a question about your pool or need someone to follow something up, there is a team behind your Pool Tech who can help.
Around 30 people across The Pool Service Co. work together to keep Sydney pools running properly.
It is a simple model.
Experienced people. Local teams. Real support. And wherever possible, the same Pool Tech looking after your pool every visit.
